  • In the unlikely event you receive a defective item, you must notify us within 14 business days of receiving it.

    Include images showing the item’s front, back, side, and the shipping label clearly visible. Send your claim to info@apebags.com for review.

    Once approved, we will replace the item with the same or an equal-value product currently in stock. You must ship the defective item back to us within 14 days to qualify for a return.
